These courses are offered in person at various client sites.  These courses act as repositories for the course materials and access points for course participants to access materials and interact with instructors and other participants.

Advanced Bioinformatics

This ABiL in person course, hosted at GA Tech and sponsored by the Georgia Public Health Lab and Southeastern US Workforce Development program, will allow participants to develop skills using BASH scripting, gain experience using containerization, build bioinformatic pipelines and review HPC computing.
